Ultimate Forza Recall: Hidden Medicines and Diabetes Safety

US recall covers all lots of Ultimate Forza Male Supplement. Check the affected packs, hidden-medicine risks and when to seek urgent help.

Ultimate Forza Male Supplement has been recalled in the United States after testing found three undeclared medicines. The 24 October 2026 notice names sildenafil, tadalafil and dapoxetine. People who have this product should stop using it and check the recall details.

The warning is especially relevant when someone also takes medicines for heart disease or blood pressure. Hidden ingredients cannot be considered safely alongside a person’s usual treatment if neither the person nor their clinician knows they are there.

Which Ultimate Forza products are affected?

The recall covers all lots of the Multi-Capsule/Box, item 810208, UPC 868592000002, and Single Pack, item 810222, UPC 868592000040. They were sold through certain independently operated GNC franchise shops in the US from 2017 to 1 October 2026, not GNC corporate stores.

Tonight We Ride, LLC issued the recall. The announcement published by the FDA says GNC’s third-party testing identified the ingredients. It reports no adverse events or complaints to that date; that is not a guarantee of safety. The notice includes photographs for checking the packaging.

What should someone who has it do?

Stop using this recalled supplement. Opened or unopened packs can be returned to GNC for a refund. GNC Customer Service is 1-877-462-4700. Contact a healthcare professional about symptoms that may be connected to it.

This instruction concerns Ultimate Forza, not every supplement or every prescribed medicine. Do not stop, replace or change a prescribed diabetes, heart or erectile-dysfunction treatment on the basis of this article. A pharmacist or prescriber can review the actual products you take.

Why do hidden sildenafil and tadalafil matter?

Sildenafil and tadalafil are used in regulated erectile-dysfunction treatments. Having a legitimate medical use does not make an undisclosed ingredient in another product safe. The important distinction is whether the medicine, amount and suitability have been assessed for the individual.

Dapoxetine is not approved by the FDA. Its presence in this product should not be mistaken for an authorised US treatment.

The official sildenafil prescribing information warns that combining it with nitrates can cause a dangerous fall in blood pressure. Nitrates include some medicines used for angina. Sildenafil also has important interactions with riociguat and can add to the blood-pressure-lowering effects of alpha-blockers and other antihypertensive medicines.

Not everyone with diabetes takes a nitrate. The practical question is which medicines a particular person uses, including occasional treatments. Tell a pharmacist about supplements as well as prescriptions, rather than assuming a product sold for sexual performance is irrelevant to a heart or diabetes review.

These interaction warnings do not show how much of any hidden medicine was in a particular capsule, or predict what will happen to someone who took one. Do not try to calculate a safe amount of the recalled supplement.

When is urgent help needed?

Chest pain, collapse, a seizure or severe breathing difficulty needs emergency help. In the US call 911; in the UK call 999, or use the local emergency number elsewhere. Tell the emergency team exactly what was taken and when, especially before treatment for chest pain. Do not drive yourself to emergency care.

An erection lasting more than four hours also needs immediate medical attention. Sudden loss of vision or hearing needs urgent assessment. These are recognised warning signs associated with erectile-dysfunction medicines, not proof that the recalled product caused any particular symptom.

Safer support for erectile difficulties

Erectile difficulties deserve a straightforward, non-judgemental conversation. The National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases advises clinicians to look for underlying causes and review existing medicines. Treatment may involve counselling, lifestyle support, appropriately selected medicines or other options.

Its advice is to discuss supplements and online erectile-dysfunction medicines with a healthcare professional first. Interactions can be serious. A review is also an opportunity to ask about other health conditions and whether a treatment fits your preferences, rather than buying another product with an unfamiliar ingredient list.

Common questions

Does this mean prescribed sildenafil is being recalled?

No. This notice concerns the named Ultimate Forza supplement. It does not announce a recall of all sildenafil or tadalafil medicines. Prescribed treatment still needs the usual checks for suitability and interactions.

What if I took it but feel well?

Do not take another dose of the recalled supplement. Keep its packaging available and ask a pharmacist or clinician for advice, including about possible interactions with your regular medicines. Feeling well does not establish what the capsule contained.

Can I switch to a different sexual-performance supplement?

A different brand is not automatically a suitable replacement. Discuss the symptom and the options with a qualified healthcare professional. Do not change prescribed medicines yourself or use an unfamiliar product to work around an interaction.
